How fresh is the fish?

Mediterranean fish comes straight from the fish auction in Nea Michaniona, Greece, 20 km south of Thessaloniki, twice a week. Trusted local suppliers keep the counter stocked the rest of the week, so fresh fish reaches Sofia several times a week, and when it's on the counter it was caught the same day or the day before.

Can you clean or marinate it for me?

Yes. We scale, fillet and marinate the fish in olive oil and Greek herbs, free of charge when you order ahead. Just give us a call first.

What fish do you have right now?

The selection changes every week with the Aegean catch. The usual faces are sea bream, sea bass, red mullet, red porgy and octopus. Call +359 2 958 2453 for what's on the counter today.

Do you supply restaurants?

Yes, we work with restaurants and HoReCa customers. Get in touch and we'll sort out the details.
