DATA WE COLLECT

What data is collected

We do not collect personal data through this website ourselves. When a page containing the embedded Google Maps map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set cookies on your device. This happens directly between your browser and Google. We operate no forms, no accounts, and no purchases, so no name, email, payment, or order data is ever requested or stored.

Legal basis for processing

The Google Maps map is loaded on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in helping visitors find our physical store. Any non-essential cookies set by these third parties are processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withhold or withdraw through your browser settings.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. It is cookieless and collects no personally identifiable information. The data it records is limited to page views, referrer, device type, browser, and country — city-level location is not collected. This data is processed on our behalf by Vercel Inc. (USA) on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in measuring and improving our website.

DATA RETENTION

Data retention

Because BLU Sofia stores no personal data directly, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Any data collected by the third parties above is retained and deleted according to each provider's own privacy policy.
